John Abraham was first to be Rockstar !

Bollywood handsome hunk John Abraham is the actor who was first to do Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar but as of now is showcases Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.While we go to past when John Abraham is busy with Anurag Kashyap's No Smoking,then the director Anurag has introduced Imtiaz Ali to Joh Abraham on the sets of the film.Imtiaz Ali who has done with one film at the time narrated the story line of Rockstar,which was agreed by John Abraham to cast in the film.

Later on John and Imtiaz met UTV production to produce Rock Star film.UTV productions has reportedly said to John that he should a film earlier to RockStar with them.John who agreed for that done Goal movie with UTV which was tanked at BO. In the meantime Imtiaz Ali got the opportunity to direct ‘Jab We Met’ which turned out to be a biggest blockbuster film.

After then Imtiaz was focused in to limelight not only dropping John Abraham from Rockstar but also shifted the film to Ashtavinayak banner to produce it.
