Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha is slated for a release on November 27, and meanwhile the film has been censored with UA certificate while the board members also suggested 5 cuts for the team including a kissing scenes between Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
As per the reports, the
censor board found the kiss to be too sensual and lengthy, that they have asked the unit to trim it by 90 per cent. A source from the team said, “Apparently the kiss scene is most lengthy and sensuous ever on screen, even longer than the one between Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor in Raja Hindustani. And so censor board has asked the team to trim down the scene.”
The board has also asked to edit three verbal cuts, including the word 'pole' and term 'apna haath jagannath'. Sources also added that the board members loved Tamasha film, and opined that chemistry between Ranbir and Deepika is crackling.
